Robert C. Pinckard
President and CEO, has been employed in the Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction industry for nearly 30 years. Beginning as a millwright, Rob pursued work in construction crafts throughout the United States until his graduation from the College of Engineering at Arizona State University in 1984, with a B.S. in Construction. Immediately beginning his career in Project Management and Estimating, he ultimately became General Manager of a prominent contracting firm before resigning in May of 1994 to help form Allen & Pinckard Industrial Contractors, Inc.
Keith D. Allen
Chief Operations Officer and Secretary, has been employed in the Industrial and Commercial Construction industries for more than 30 years. Born and raised on a plantation in the West Indies, the Island of Barbados, Keith immigrated to the United States in the early 1970's. Pursuing work within the heavy construction crafts, Keith was able to rise through the ranks, developing operational and management skills consistent with the highest levels of professionalism within the industry today. In 1994 Keith partnered with Rob to form Allen & Pinckard Industrial Contractors, Inc.
Estimator, Josh has been working in the construction field for over 10 years in numerous positions, having started with Allen & Pinckard as a laborer. His leadership qualities and attention to detail were recognized soon thereafter and he worked his way through the ranks, eventually being promoted to the estimating department, which he now leads. Josh strives to provide the very best service he can for Allen & Pinckard and their customers and that desire to serve has helped propel the company, and those around him, even further.
Jr. Estimator, Sean started working in construction shortly after his honorable discharge from the US Marine Corp in 2007, at first as a driver then later as a crew chief and foreman. He was then promoted to Jr. Estimator after his skills and dedication proved to be the perfect match for determining the best value for customer projects. Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Allen & Pinckard from multiple trades and treats every project he undertakes as if he were building it for his own family.
Office Coordinatior and Purchasing, joined Allen & Pinckard in June 2005 after previous employment with Isola Laminates as the Facilities Support Coordinator, she dedicated 23 years to that company. Her experience includes, purchasing, shipping and receiving, supply management, cleanroom and press operations. Mary's experience and dedication is an asset to the Allen & Pinckard team.
Controller, Marian Lee is the newest addition to the Allen & Pinckard family and serves proudly as the company’s Head of Accounting and Controller. She brings an array of knowledge and experience to the team with over two decades of tenure in her field. Her expertise makes her an invaluable member of the team and her customer service is a badge of honor.
